For villas we recommend a plywood or solid-core carcass with acrylic doors, which lasts 15 years or more. Laminate on MDF is the budget option at 7–10 years and is perfectly serviceable if the sink base is properly sealed. The carcass under the sink fails first in UAE kitchens, so that is where the specification matters most.
Yes. Relocating plumbing and electrical points is standard work for us and is priced per point — roughly AED 350–650 for a plumbing point and AED 180–320 for an electrical point. Moving a drain is the one item that depends on the existing floor build-up, which we check during the free site measure.
Yes. We install stainless steel commercial kitchens including extraction, grease traps and the fire-safety provisions required for Civil Defence approval. Commercial kitchens are quoted individually after a site survey, as the extraction and compliance scope drives most of the cost.
